The work on the Neighbourhood Plan is now changing from the matter of assembling the reports on different topics to the task of beginning to set out the nature of the finished Plan and the components in that. Giving thought to what has been learnt from the work so far and how to make sure the Plan itself is assembled efficiently in a proper fashion.
